Manage Contract Administrators (if required), delegate tasks to meet/exceed KPIs. Monitor and evaluate team performance, conduct appraisals, develop future Key Account Managers. Understand client and operational team needs; communicate expectations to the business. Document and review procedures through the Integrated Management System (IMS). Handle customer, client, and internal inquiries promptly and professionally; keep stakeholders informed. Oversee regional invoicing, meet sales targets, resolve or escalate issues. Manage purchasing and invoicing for field teams and suppliers; maintain accurate records. Demonstrate strong commercial awareness, challenge according to Golden Rules, policies, and procedures. Participate in financial reviews; understand cost implications and impact on Profit & Loss. Maintain accurate data records for clients and operational teams; ensure clear operational and financial views. Ensure professional, timely quotes, reporting, and communications; update systems as needed. Proactively solve or escalate issues; seek guidance when necessary. Exhibit excellent time management, self-manage workload, manage emails, and return calls promptly. Prepare for and attend client and internal meetings; discuss current situations, issues, and future plans. Manage client and customer feedback; coordinate with line manager. Ensure consistent service during holidays and sickness; support other departments as needed. Model outstanding customer service; maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions.

What we are looking for:

Strong IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially Outlook, Excel and Power BI. Strong management and leadership skills, including effective decision making, delegation, listening, mentoring, relationship and team building Confident in written and oral communication - to be able to converse professionally with internal and external stakeholders at all levels and demonstrate excellent customer service skills. Organised and self-managing with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise and thrive in a fast-paced role. Strong commercial awareness and an eye for detail. Be able to use your initiative, take the lead, be pro-active and assertive when necessary to ensure results
