Main duties of the job

Reporting to the Head of Operations, the General Manager will be responsible for providing leadership to our Treatment Centre team to ensure a consistent safe and sustainable service.

You will guarantee alignment of regional priorities with the organisation's overarching objectives, with a strong emphasis on safety, client satisfaction, and sustainability. You will excel at building relationships and managing interactions with external providers and establish a clear and ongoing service development plan for the centre, fostering a culture of continuous improvement across your teams.

We are seeking a General Manager who is approachable and personable, with proven experience in leadership and team management, to nurture and guide a brand new team in this newly established region. You will serve as the principal CQC Registered Manager and the Controlled Drugs Accountable Officer for the Treatment Centre.

It should be noted that this role is not a work at home or hybrid working position there is a requirement for the successful applicant to be onsite full time and travel to the Reading centre will also be expected.

*Healthcare experience is not a requisite for this role
