Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum + Healthy Tronc + Bonus + Many Benefits OTE 65-70k.

As a key player in a trend-setting and rapidly expanding company known for exceptional experiences and outstanding food and drink, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of this high-profile establishment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the new venue, ensuring exceptional service and operational excellence.
- Inspire and motivate a large team, fostering a positive and people-focused work environment.
- Oversee all aspects of the business, from front-of-house operations to back-of-house management.
- Collaborate with senior management to implement strategic plans and drive growth.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality food and drink, maintaining the brands reputation for excellence.
- Engage with guests to create memorable experiences and build strong customer relationships.
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and profitability targets.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a General Manager in a high-volume, fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Some experience with new openings would be an advantage.
