We are looking for a Specialist MSK Physiotherapist to join our friendly MSK teams working across Mid Devon

The position is also ideal for a Band 5 Physiotherapist looking to develop their MSK skills and progress into a Band 6 position. You will be supported via a bespoke developmental plan and receive input to develop your competencies and confidence. Other specific areas for development will be negotiated. Progress towards re-banding to Band 6 level will be regularly reviewed and discussed.

We provide MSK Physiotherapy clinics from locations across Mid Devon but primarily working from either Tiverton & Cullompton or Crediton & Okehampton. You will be part of a larger MSK service providing MSK services across Exeter, Mid and East Devon; with an Advanced Practice arm providing community Orthopaedic Interface and FCP services across primary care. We have a varied and interesting caseload with the opportunity to be involved in group work.

Training and development opportunities are in high supply here, whether you are interested in clinical or leadership development we will support you in finding the best way to grow. We actively encourage CPD and you will have an opportunity to spend time with our range of MSK specialists as part of your CPD.

Support and wellbeing all new team members have a tailored induction and you will have full support to help you find your feet in the first few days and weeks. Not forgetting, your friendly team will be on hand to offer ongoing guidance and support, with your manager providing regular s and appraisals. Plus, there is plenty of Trust wide events and activities focussed on wellbeing
