Role Overview:
As an SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering personalised and engaging lessons that meet the needs of students with a range of additional needs. Your role will involve fostering a supportive, inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued.
Key Requirements:
- Experience with Challenging Behaviour: You will need experience managing challenging behaviour, ideally within a SEN setting.
- SEN Experience: Previous experience in a special needs educational setting is highly desirable.
- Compassion and Patience: A genuine commitment to supporting students with diverse learning needs is essential.
- Flexibility and Resilience: You must be adaptable and capable of delivering high-quality education in sometimes demanding circumstances.
