You could be an entry-level In-House Recruiter with an agency background or experienced Resourcer as this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in an internal recruitment role within a corporate FTSE business or an experienced Resourcer who wants to work in a flexible hybrid role supporting a very small team.

Providing focused resourcing and a full end to end recruitment service for positions when required, this role will source, attract, assess and select candidates across corporate group functions.

You will:

1. Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

3. Reduce the company’s spend on external recruitment agencies by being an expert in directly sourcing online, utilising resume databases and social networks and recruiting high quality candidates for open positions. Boolean / internet direct sourcing search skills are a distinct advantage.

4. Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). We use Workable.

6. Creation of management reports using recruitment data. Provide insights and commentary to enable the TA team to plan and inform the business of any recruitment trends.

Requirements

Requirements:

1. This role would ideally suit someone with candidate resourcing experience gained in a recruitment agency or who has researched, approached and sourced candidates before but more importantly excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and colleagues.

2. Detail-oriented and organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

3. Ideally experience / knowledge of Google mail and Google workspace tools and familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or picking up new systems quickly.
