The Role:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Brand Manager to lead our brand marketing efforts. You will play a critical role in defining and shaping our brand identity and ensuring it resonates with our target audience. You will lead a team of marketing professionals to create and execute brand strategies that drive awareness, affinity, and growth.

Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies that align with Nothing Technology's vision and values. Define the brand's positioning, messaging, and identity. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of brand marketing professionals. Set clear goals, provide guidance, and foster a collaborative and creative work environment. Brand Identity: Oversee the development and maintenance of the brand's visual and verbal identity, including logos, design elements, and messaging. Campaign Development: Plan and execute innovative and engaging marketing campaigns to promote the brand. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency across all touchpoints. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to make data-driven decisions and adapt strategies accordingly. Brand Consistency: Ensure consistent and cohesive brand representation across all marketing and communication channels, including digital, social, print, and events. Budget Management: Develop and manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI for all activities. Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly assess and report on the impact and effectiveness of brand marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

Proven experience in brand marketing and brand strategy, ideally within the tech or consumer electronics industry Strong leadership and team management skills Exceptional creativity and a keen eye for design and messaging Proficient in market research and data analysis Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong project management abilities Results-driven with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes A passion for technology and a deep understanding of Nothing Technology's brand and mission
