Wolters Kluwer UK is currently looking for a Lead Regulatory Reporting Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities


•Provide project-based technical leadership within the Business Systems team
•Work closely with a technical team to ensure that they have a clear understanding of requirements and to support them throughout the development process
•Interpret business challenges and develop best practices to maintain applications in various environments including traditional hosting providers, private cloud, and/or public cloud
•Manage the analysis, planning, requirement gathering and logical design of a software product by working with internal and external customers
•Use specialized expertise and advanced technical knowledge to recommend other key technologies required to support and improve the business process

Key Requirements


•Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience
•Extensive experience working in Business Systems Analysis or other equivalent
•Specialized depth of expertise related to IT Business Systems
•Wide range of experiences and advanced technical acumen serving as an advisor to management
•Experience working as a senior member or team lead on large, complex projects across multiple departments
•Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify innovative solutions
•Ability to drive projects forward while providing guidance to more junior members of the team
•Strong understanding of business processes and how to leverage standard system capabilities to support them
•Ability to work in a dynamic, agile project environment
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to maintain positive working relationships
