(fd31) Initially, this supported person requires assistance with learning how to use the train.It will be ideal to use the 4 hours in one day a week to accompany her on a train journey on the route to University and back.This is from Yatton Station, change over at Temple meads, to Parkway and back.The train journey takes 40 mins one way.4 hours should be ample.Mum will pay for the tickets. The supported person has the train app on her phone and she has a disabled train discount, which allows for 30% reduction for her and whoever travels with her.The supported person will probably only need to do this a couple of times to be accustomed to this. She is only returning to University in September, so has a lot of free time to practice this. She will however be on holiday and will only be back from the 12 August. Once accustomed to the travel. Those 4 hours can be used as assist the supported person with social skills. A visit to a cafe or a walk around the park etc. Days available during University times will need to be confirmed once she has a new timetable. The supported person has Epilepsy, her seizures are mostly nocturnal. She may have a focal seizure during the day, she is however used to them and can self resolve. However, they can be a danger is on public transport or walking around in public. It makes her vulnerable. She has a wrist monitor that alerts mum, Dad to any big seizures. She can add her care to receive alerts whilst with her, if it is helpful.The supported person is fairly independent but lacks social skills. She has Autistic traits which make her say what she is thinking. She is not aware of consequence. So she may come across as rude at times, but she is actually very polite. She is studying Games art at Uni, which she will say she hates. She is an artist and an illustrator. She is very talented as such. She just hates 3D graphic game design.

She will be fine as a concept artist. She just doesn't have any self esteem.Raven is a metalhead and obsessed with Korn and Coal Chamber. Fanatically so. She is also into horror films. Services
