Pool Supervisor - Lakeside Holiday Park - Chichester, West Sussex
Contracted Hours: Full Time / Part Time
Job Type: Seasonal/Temporary
Hours Per Week: 20
Salary/Rate of Pay: £11.44 per hour
The Role
To attend any relevant training courses as recommended by the General Manager or the Company To meet and exceed annual operating targets. To identify the necessary expenditure required for the pool operation to the General Manager. To complete the site-specific NOP and EAP for the parks pool. To monitor health & safety within the pool complex. To ensure training requirements are met by all staff within the area of control. To ensure water quality standards are met in accordance with Company guidelines. To monitor contractors and pool plant maintenance. To monitor safety standards in and around the pool complex. To review risk assessments and ensure they are all adhered to.The ability to work on one’s own initiative is a given along with working under pressure to ensure all sales paperwork is compliant.
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
Must have relevant and up to date National Pool Lifeguard qualification (NPLQ) with appropriate first aid and resuscitation qualifications.Benefits
