This role would ideally be suited to someone who has worked in an office environment before, is ambitious and wants to work in talent management.

What you’ll do:

Create strong industry connections within the broadcast sector Demonstrate expertise and comprehension of broadcasting and commercial agreements Essential possession of industry knowledge and a comprehensive network of influential contacts Sourcing, negotiating, and executing endorsement campaigns for brands An affable collaborator with ambition, passion, and perseverance Capacity to meet deadlines and corporate objectives Exercising discretion and preserving confidentiality is imperative Collaborating within a team to strategically manage talent careers Identifying and cultivating potential new partnerships Ensuring a steady stream of opportunities for the organization Cultivating relationships with potential clients through networking and expansion of connections Recognizing prospective brand partners and key decision-makers within organizations (internally and externally) Conducting research and forging relationships with new brands Facilitate rendezvous between key stakeholders and the firm's high-ranking practitioners Strategize and orchestrate proposals Collaborate extensively with the M&C network to foster internal prospects Craft robust and compelling presentations

Exemplary organizational acumen Proficient in communication and adept at cultivating relationships with exceptional interpersonal skills Collaborative team player, adaptable to a vibrant, hands-on office environment - Intrinsic self-motivation and autonomy in work Driven by sales and targets Exceptional written aptitude, meticulous in spelling and grammar Proficient in multitasking and prioritizing, displaying superb time management Strong work ethic Exceptional communication abilities Unwavering determination Demonstrates an interest in and possesses knowledge of broadcast Utmost discretion and confidentiality are imperative.
