Who are they looking for?

As an Agent specializing in Corporate/Speaker representation, you will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and managing a roster of speakers for corporate events, conferences, and other speaking engagements. Leveraging your industry knowledge, network of contacts, and negotiation skills, you'll collaborate with clients and internal teams to secure speaking opportunities that align with clients' expertise and objectives.

What you will be working on? - Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for speakers within the corporate department, providing personalized representation and support to help them achieve their speaking goals.
  • Secure speaking engagements at Q&As, Comic Cons, panel talks, industry conferences and dinner events
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate sector, including conferences, events, and corporate training programs, to secure speaking engagements for their talent roster.
  • Negotiate and finalize speaking engagements and contracts on behalf of our clients, ensuring favourable terms and conditions that align with their brand and objectives.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to stay informed about industry trends, build relationships with event planners and organizers, and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a corporate booking agent in the digital and entertainment industries.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively on behalf of clients.
  • Strong network of industry contacts and relationships within the corporate sector, including event planners, conference organizers, and corporate executives.
