Job Description 

Step Teachers are collaborating with a "Good" Ofsted rated Secondary School in Ealing seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Business Studies Teacher to join their team in September 2024 on a Long-Term supply basis. This school aims to provide an excellent education in a safe, supportive learning environment, where people are valued and make a positive contributions to the school community The successful candidate will be passionate about Business Studies and committed to delivering high-quality education to students.

Business Studies Teacher - Role:

  • Strong knowledge of the Business Studies curriculum
  • Organised and professional maintenance of the classroom and the associated resources
  • The Business Studies Teacher must work effectively with other members of staff, both within the department and throughout the school
  • Ability to assess students, monitor their progress, and provide constructive feedback
  • The Business Studies Teacher must be able to plan and deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons
  • Compliance with the schools’ policies and the reliable implementation of these

Business Studies Teacher - Requirements:

  • Hold QTS or an equivalent qualification for teaching in Secondary School
  • Have recent mainstream school-based experience teaching Business Studies
  • Have a good level of classroom and behaviour management
  • A relevant Business Studies related degree is desirable.
