A full range of secondary and tertiary outpatient diabetes & endocrine clinics is delivered at UHNM. UHNM Consultants also deliver the community diabetic clinics in Staffordshire & Stoke on Trent, building on the large number of consultant-led community diabetic clinics established over the past 10-15 years at these locations.

The Trust is similarly stimulating. Employing around 11,000 staff, it has over 1,450 beds and a budget of £700 million. UHNM has made exceptional progress in the re-provision of health care services; the 90-acre site in Stoke has recently undergone a £350 million redevelopment to modernise its facilities, as has County site.

Our on-site Undergraduate Medical School (UGMS) is run in partnership with Keele University. The specialties of Diabetes & Endocrinology and General Medicine are well represented in the new Keele curriculum.
