TheMSC Drilling Service LineManager needs to be a provensuccessful leader, actively focused on achieving sustainableresults with a passion for success, continuously striving foroperational excellence in all goals set. Thisis an exciting and demanding role with many facets to it. You willbe someone who has strong project delivery and commercial acumenwithin a Drilling/Marine/Civils or Geotechnical background. Thiswould be a positive opportunity for someone looking for their nextcareer step or for an exciting new challenge.

Collaboration is key in this role and theability to openly communicate across the organisation. A leader thatshows evidence of creativity, developing innovative ideas,approaches, and insights to alternative ways of working, addingvalue to the business and to its future development. As the leaderyou will illustrate the confidence and ability to challenge andmanage situations, across a large multidiscipline team. You will bea strong role model and reinforce our Fugro values and strategicvision.

You will be a leaderwith a good understanding of financial related matters, managingrevenue and costs in accordance with the profit plan/budget. Mustbe IT literate and experience of using reporting tools, to preparemonthly business line reports. The ability to multitask acrossdifferent areas of expertise is imperative showing flexibility andresilience. You will manage commercial interests in contractsexternally and be responsible to authorise POs in accordance withFugro's approval Matrix.
