We are currently looking for a Quality Assurance Administrator, where you'll be responsible for the day-to-day administration support within the training hub. Through supporting with accreditation guidelines and operational procedures, you'll be working alongside Coordinators and Trainers to ensure the division runs smoothly.

This is a full time position and will initially be based within our Head Office in Trafford Park, and then transition to a hybrid setting.


What will you do?

  • Coordinate and maintain accreditation registration and standards.
  • Support administration of Accreditation Registration and Standards, sampling, trend analysis, feedback.
  • Support the maintenance of skills qualification data on training management system.
  • Liaising with Quality Assurance Coordinator, Trainers and supporting their needs
  • Liaising with Training Centres, Hotels and Onsite Training Locations in support of the trainers
