With Elysium, you’ll get to experience what delivering great healthcare should feel like as you make a real difference to some of the most vulnerable people in society, with plenty to keep you engaged and motivated as you’re rewarded and enjoy a fulfilling role.

The service operates 24/7 with 12.5 hour standard shifts. As a Healthcare Assistant on our bank you’ll be on a zero hour contract, giving you the freedom to choose which shifts you want to work each week.

Where you will be working

Tŷ Grosvenor hospital, Brenig ward offers specialist therapies and treatments for men with a Mental Illness and/or Personality Disorder. The ethos of the service is Work, Rest and Play and focuses on equipping service users with the appropriate skills for community living.

There is significant emphasis on accessing mainstream resources within the local community, providing patients with opportunity to develop robust community skills. The service is located in Wrexham, North Wales and just a short walk away from the town centre, cafes, restaurants, leisure facilities and local colleges. Using community resource will assist patients in generating social networks external to the service that can be utilised upon discharge from the service, mitigating potential relapse or isolation.
