Job Title:SAP HCM & Payroll Consultant

Location: Coventry UK

Duration: 6month contract with InsideIR35

Mode: Hybrid (23 days onsite perweek)

RoleRequirements

8– 10 years of experience in SAP HCM( &Payroll) Consulting and projectdelivery.

Job Description

Strong configuration and functional knowledgeof SAP HCM especially Personnel Administration (PA) Time Management(TM) and Organizational Management (OM).

Good experience in SAP Payroll implementationprojects

Experience ofthe full project lifecycle stages: requirements analysis processdesign blueprint documentation specification of requireddevelopments gap analysis configuration testing and productionsupport.

Awareness ofapplying Data Protection legislation and Security principles toensure appropriate management of PersonalData.

Exposure to UKPayroll integration processes (Payments RTI and Pension AutoEnrolment) will be preferred.

Knowledge of SAPSuccessFactorsEmployee Central or other additional modules will be preferred.

Able to Connect towith business & Enabling Functions

Familiarized with the usage of agile methodscontinuous integration & delivery

Be an excellent Team player & Learncontribute improve and innovate
