We collectively enjoy our jobs as doctors despite the challenges in the NHS and have a strong friendship as well as partnership, inspiring each other and embracing our differences. The doctor team is currently 12 partners and 6 salaried GPs, and we are looking to recruit additional GPs as extensive property developments take place in our vicinity.

We offer you an excellent opportunity to get involved in training and education with space for 5 GP registrars and multiple groups of medical students.

We also support primary care research in association with the SW Clinical Research Network.

We are a rural dispensing practice with over 18,000 registered patients over 4 sites.

The main site is in Cullompton, only 20 minutes’ drive from the vibrant city of Exeter and very close to the M5.

We listen and are open to making changes to continually improve our work-life balance and reduce stress, whilst maintaining excellent patient care and above average earnings.

We use SystmOne and training will be given if you are unfamiliar with this system.
