We are looking to expand our talented Southern Construction team and are looking to appoint a Ganger who will be responsible for assisting the Site Manager in the general running of site activities. In particular plant associated activities, safety and welfare, site presentation and labouring when required.

**Person Specification**:

- The post holder will be required to complete all necessary training to ensure that a level of competency is achieved to assist the site management in the running of the site. These qualifications will vary dependent on site conditions but qualifications for First Aid, slinger/signaller and vehicle banking are essential and SSTS. The job holder will be expected to carry out all refresher training as required to maintain these qualifications.
- Experience of working on site is essential.
- Extensive knowledge of the building industry is desirable
