Comment lutterez-vous pour une génération sans sida ?

Sous la supervision du DCOP/clinical services, Le Public Health and Evaluation & QI Officer est responsable de l'évaluation et de l'amélioration de la qualité dans le domaine de la santé publique.

Il n'y a pas deux jours identiques chez EGPAF, mais à quoi pouvez-vous vous attendre en tant que Public Health and Evaluation & QI Officer ?

PRINCIPALES TACHES ET RESPONSABILITES :

Coordonner les activités du département de la recherche Assurer la conduite des études mise en place au niveau du pays (selon les responsabilités lui conférées) Veiller à ce que toutes les recherches et évaluations soient conformes aux exigences réglementaires. Veiller à ce que le pays respecte la formation à la protection des sujets humains dans le cadre de la recherche. Informer les responsables de la réglementation au siège de toute nouvelle activité liée à l'utilisation de données à des fins d'évaluation ou de recherche S'assurer de l’obtention des approbations de l'équipe réglementaire du siège avant que les éléments ci-dessus ne soient soumis à un IRB (y compris local). Veiller à ce que les formations au protocole soient organisées et accompagnées de la documentation appropriée. Veiller à ce que les modifications soient mises en œuvre après l'obtention des approbations de tous les IRB concernés et que la formation sur les modifications soit organisée, enregistrée et documentée. Suivre les dates expiration des protocoles, les dates d'expiration des certificats de formation à l'éthique du personnel, les dates d'expiration du FWA et s'assure que les CV de tous les investigateurs sont dans le dossier et à jour. Communiquer avec l'IRB du pays, y compris le suivi des documents soumis (par exemple, les approbations), si possible. Assurer le suivi des formations pour l'ensemble du personnel (formation continue et formations pour le nouveau personnel) S’assurer du respect de la règlementation relative à la protection des sujets humains et autres questions éthiques lors de la collecte et la publication des données des recherches, et de l’obtention des approbations des IRB. Aider le chercheur principal à remplir le formulaire d'examen du protocole avant de l'envoyer à l'unité de réglementation du siège pour approbation. Organiser l’Archivage et la destruction des données des études clôturées selon les normes et procédures opérationnelles standard y afférent Planifier et organiser la mise en œuvre des activités d’amélioration de la qualité au niveau du projet Apporter un appui aux équipes de terrain et aux établissements des soins sur la mise en œuvre, le suivi et l’évaluation du processus d’amélioration de la qualité Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le programme national de lutte contre le VIH (PNLS) ainsi que ses partenaires et d'autres parties prenantes pour développer et mettre en œuvre les approches d’amélioration de la qualité S'acquitter d'autres tâches lui conférées par la hiérarchie du bureau de la Fondation en RDC ;

QUALIFICATIONS REQUISES

 MD, PhD ou diplôme d'études supérieures similaire en épidémiologie, biostatistique, santé maternelle et infantile, santé publique ou sciences liées au VIH

·Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience avérée dans la recherche en santé dans les pays en développement, y compris l'élaboration de protocoles, la conception d'enquêtes, la collecte de données, l'analyse de données et l'élaboration de publications scientifiques.

·Expérience en recherche sur la santé maternelle et infantile et sur le VIH/SIDA, de préférence ;

·Les attitudes sans jugement, les valeurs humanitaires et l'éthique sont des conditions préalables absolues.

·Minimum d'un an d'expérience en recherche clinique et coordination de programmes.

·Compétences exceptionnelles en matière de coordination et de gestion de programme

CONNAISSANCES, COMPETENCES ET APTITUDES

Connaissance et compréhension des services liés au VIH, de la PTME, de la SMI, des soins et du traitement du VIH chez les enfants et les adultes.

·Connaissance de la protection des sujets humains dans les réglementations en matière de recherche et d'éthique pour garantir le respect de toutes les exigences locales et internationales.

·La maîtrise de l'utilisation de bases de données telles que Microsoft Access, Epi-Info et de logiciels d'analyse tels que STATA, SPSS, R est un avantage.
