5D Recruitment is proud to be workingexclusively and in partnership with a leading engineering companybased in the heart of the home counties.Employing nearly 50 people they design manufactureassemble test and ship bespoke machinery from their new worldclassfacility.


They are market leaders in theconcept design and manufacture of fully automated high precisionbespoke machines which are used to complete complex functionsrequired to guarantee the quality of the product.Working across a variety of industries their mainmarkets include the medical and scientific sectors.


They have longstanding agreementswith some of the most renowned manufacturers in their sector with agrowing order book combined with an excellent pipeline the futureis looking exciting.


This opportunity has arisen due togrowth and we are looking to recruit multiple electrical fitters /control panel wirers to meet the requirements of their new andexisting customers and projects building bespoke machinery from theground up including machine wiring and control panelwiring.



Requirements

Whatthe Role WillInvolve:

  • Buildinga bespoke machine electrically from the groundup.
  • Wiringup the panel from schematics and wiringdiagrams.
  • Machinewiring including instrumentation robotic systems HMI s camerasystems motors pumpsetc.
  • Workingwith the engineering team throughout the build and testphase.


What we are Looking in aCandidate:

  • Timeservedelectrical engineeringbackground.
  • Experienceof building and wiring machines or building electricalsystems.
  • Canread engineering drawings including schematics layout drawingsetc.
  • Ideallyexperience in panel building / wiring however they are happy totrain in this part of therole.

What the Role Will Involve: Building a bespoke machine,electrically, from the ground up. Wiring up the panel fromschematics and wiring diagrams. Machine wiring - includinginstrumentation, robotic systems, HMI s, camera systems, motors,pumps etc. Working with the engineering team throughout the buildand test phase. What we are Looking in a Candidate: Time-served,electrical engineering background. Experience of building andwiring machines or building electrical systems. Can readengineering drawings, including schematics, layout drawings etc.Ideally experience in panel building / wiring however they arehappy to train in this part of the role.
