What You’ll Do:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and continued business.
- Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts by understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring they meet the high standards Simpson Group is known for.
- Resolve any client issues swiftly and efficiently, maintaining our reputation for exceptional customer service.
What We Need:
- Proven experience in managing key accounts, preferably within the print or a closely related industry.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
- A strategic mindset, capable of identifying growth opportunities and driving business success.
- A results-driven approach, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet targets.
