Job Title: Learning Support Advisor

Location: Andover area

Teaching Personnel is looking for an ideal candidate to join us as a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Advisor in the Andover area.

Job Description: As a Learning Support Advisor, you will work closely with students to provide individualised support, assist in implementing learning plans, and create a positive learning environment. Your role will contribute to student success and inclusivity within the school community.

  • £50 Registration Bonus: Receive a £50 bonus payment upon registering with Teaching Personnel.
  • Performance Bonus: After completing 25 supply days, you will receive a £150 bonus as a token of appreciation for your hard work.
  • Long-Term Role Incentive: If you secure a long-term role, after 5 weeks, you will receive 5% remuneration of your total earnings during that period.
  • Dedicated Consultant Support: You will have a dedicated consultant to support you throughout your employment with Teaching Personnel, ensuring you have the assistance you need to thrive.
  • Fair Payment: Paid via PAYE, ensuring transparency and no cuts from umbrella companies. You'll receive a very competitive daily rate, and all long-term roles are paid to your level of pay scale, plus bonus incentive.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experienced in supporting learners in a secondary school setting.
  • Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrates the ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other support staff.
  • Ideally holds relevant qualifications or training in education or support services, although this is not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
