Job Title: Learning Support Advisor
Do you have experience or a background in supporting learners in a secondary school environment? Teaching Personnel is looking for an ideal candidate to join us as a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Advisor in the Andover area.
As a Learning Support Advisor, you will work closely with students to provide individualised support, assist in implementing learning plans, and create a positive learning environment. Your role will contribute to student success and inclusivity within the school community.

~£50 Registration Bonus: Receive a £50 bonus payment upon registering with Teaching Personnel.
~ Performance Bonus: After completing 25 supply days, you will receive a £150 bonus as a token of appreciation for your hard work.
~ Long-Term Role Incentive: If you secure a long-term role, after 5 weeks, you will receive 5% remuneration of your total earnings during that period.
~ Dedicated Consultant Support: You will have a dedicated consultant to support you throughout your employment with Teaching Personnel, ensuring you have the assistance you need to thrive.
~ Paid via PAYE, ensuring transparency and no cuts from umbrella companies. You'll receive a very competitive daily rate, and all long-term roles are paid to your level of pay scale, plus bonus incentive.

Experienced in supporting learners in a secondary school setting.
Demonstrates the ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other support staff.
Ideally holds relevant qualifications or training in education or support services, although this is not essential.
