We're seeking a dedicated Estates Electrician to undertake electrical works, general DIY & maintenance duties across all sites. Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain electrical systems and equipment.
- Assist the estate's director & estates manager oversee all maintenance tasks relating to all estates. Hard & Soft Services.
- Assist with completing all helpdesk enquires with a prompt response & course of action
- Assist the estates team in procuring contracts by facilitating site surveys, and providing documented information.
- Work closely with the Estates team & H&S Manager on all H&S related matters
- To provide Emergency 24/7 call-out attendance to estate maintenance requirements.
The Person:
- 18thedition and Part P Electrical qualified.
- Minimum of 1 year of fully qualified experience in commercial/industrial electrical installation
- Full UK driving license (clean license preferred)
- Good IT skills
- Minor repairs experience
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Good with heights & confined spaces
- Must have a good proactive attitude.
