About the role: 

As an Information Management Business Analyst, you will join the Discovery & Value team within the IM Centre of Excellence. You will play a crucial role in analyzing and improving business processes. You will be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, leading process improvement initiatives, and facilitating workshops to drive change and enhance operations. Your expertise in change impact assessments and stakeholder management will be vital in ensuring successful project outcomes.

Here's what the role looks like:

Conduct detailed process mapping to document and analyze current business processes. Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements. Lead and execute process improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. Facilitate and conduct workshops with diverse stakeholder groups. Perform change impact assessments and manage change initiatives to ensure smooth transitions. Manage and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across all organizational levels.

Requirements

Proven experience in process mapping and analysis. Strong background in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements. Expertise in process improvement methodologies and best practices. Skilled in facilitating workshops and collaborative sessions. Experience in conducting change impact assessments and managing change. Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging with all levels of an organization.
