Our clientis seeking a knowledgeable andmotivated Knowledge Management Consultant to join their team. As aKnowledge Management Consultant you will play a pivotal role inhelping our clients optimise their knowledge assets improvecollaboration and enhance organisational efficiency. This is anexciting opportunity for individuals passionate about leveragingtechnology and best practices to drive transformativechange.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaboratewith clients to assess their knowledge management needs and developtailored strategies and solutions.
  • Design andimplement knowledge management frameworks processes and systems tofacilitate efficient knowledge capture storage retrieval andsharing.
  • Conduct knowledge audits and analysesto identify gaps and opportunities forimprovement.
  • Provide guidance and training toclient teams on knowledge management best practices andtools.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends andemerging technologies in knowledge management and makerecommendations for theiradoption.

Requirements:

  • Bachelorsdegree in law business information science or a related field.Masters degree preferred.
  • 4 years in law firmKM/Innovation space preferably in a consultingcapacity.
  • They willhave indepth knowledge ofcore technology stacks within legal environments includingselection and implementation of enterprise search and workflowtools business intelligence platforms within the KM function DMSsoftware and emerging Generative AI tools as well as experienceadvising clients on using vendorbased low/nocodesolutions.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolvingskills with the ability to translate complex concepts intopractical solutions.
  • Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport andcollaborate effectively with diversestakeholders.
  • Demonstrated project managementcapabilities including the ability to manage multiple projectssimultaneously and meetdeadlines.

PreferredQualifications:

  • Experiencewith knowledge management softwareplatforms
  • Certifications in knowledgemanagement or related areas (e.g. Certified Knowledge ManagerCertified Information Professional) would beadvantageous.
