Job Description

Make your mark as a Project Operations Controller at Gardline

As a Project Operations Controller, you will cover the daily management of vessels in line with Company policies, procedures and client specifications; providing technical, contractual and administrative support to the offshore project teams. Liaison with all parties throughout project execution to ensure effective control of vessel logistics and project needs.

Your responsibilities:

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for successful execution of mobilisations, project delivery and demobilisation. Ensure that all vessel related projects (mobs/demobs etc) are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Develop detailed mobilisation plans where required to monitor and track progress in line with company expectations. Manage changes to vessel requirements, schedule and project costs using appropriate change management techniques. Measure project performance against KPIs and objectives. Manage relationships of all internal stakeholders throughout the Project Lifecycle. Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

Your qualities

You can make your mark as a Project Controller if you have:

Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline would be beneficial. Project Management qualification (APM/Prince II). Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office. Minimum of 2 years project, commercial, Logistical and/or financial experience, preferably in a marine/survey industry. Experience in a relevant industry/Role and ability to manage vessel logistics and 3rd party vendors to a high level. Knowledge and experience of working in an offshore discipline. Ability to travel at short notice
