Our Insurance division is in the early stages of its journey, but already a core part of our business. Following the acquisition of the Burley Group in 2019, and strengthened with Milestone Insurance Consultants and Signature Underwriting in 2021, furthermore with Keystone Insurance based in Ireland in 2023, we continue to grow both organically and through acquisition. Complementing our other divisions, we are able to offer our Insurance services to the Radius customer base through tailored offerings specialist products.
The role of Financial Operations Assistant is really important to us.
Your responsibilities day to day will be…
Ensure rigid controls around posting and reconciliation of Client monies. Daily and monthly financed funds reconciliation and accurate posting to Insurer systemEnsure the receipt and collation of Insurer Statements as per your allocated Accounts to the outlined deadlines.Ensure rigid controls around Insurer account reconciliations.Ensure each Account is reconciled within the timeframe outlined in the TOBA for each of the Accounts.Accurately identifying the amounts payable to Insurers, effectively communicating to Insurers any differences to the statements, ensuring only what has been received is paid.Daily and weekly reconciliations of regulated client money accounts for management review.What do we expect of you?
Experience of reconciliations within an accounting environment is beneficial however enthusiastic graduates looking to gain great operational finance experience will be considered.Experience dealing with high volume with attention to detail. Experience in resolving client queries.Strong reconciliation skills and internal control experience.Ability to effectively communicate and represent the business to external parties.Strong written and verbal communication skills.What can you expect of us?
