An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sales & Events Executive to join our dynamic team at Thesleff Group. Thesleff Group operates Los Mochis restaurant in Notting Hill and the soon-to-open flagship at Liverpool Street, Sale e Pepe in Knightsbridge, and Viajante87 cocktail bar and lounge in Notting Hill.

Thesleff Group is a fast-growing collective of London's favourite restaurants and bars. We are in the business of creating amazing memories and incredible experiences for both our team and our guests. We are building on one of the leading international hospitality groups operating out of London, with experience encompassing the UK, US, Spain, and the Middle East (Dubai, Qatar,KSA).

As a Sales and Event Executive you will sell and manage group bookings and events across the venues. You will be required to prepare event documentation and coordinate with the onsite teams and client to ensure a consistent, high level service throughout all stages of the event as well as a seamless turnover to the onsite team. You will be tasked with selling events and group bookings for the venues, paving the way forward in creating exceptional memories and experiences for all our guests.

Responsibilities

·Generating and contributing to group bookings and event sales to achieve venue targets.

·Creating sales opportunities for future events during client liaisons and during events.

·Managing and converting venue sales enquiries and all revenue potential opportunities.

·Creating event proposals which fit client requirements and presenting proposals by deadline.

·Research and assist with campaigns to promote every aspect of the brand.

·Communicating with marketing team to create effective advertisements for each event, and when necessary crafting marketing materials.

·Planning all event aspects, such as venue, seating, dining, and guest list.

·Communicating event planning tasks to other staff members where necessary.

·Demonstrating to clients strong knowledge of venues and offerings and taking clients on tours of venue possibilities.

·Maintain client databases and update client information and history.

·Overseeing events on the day of, including problem solving, welcoming guests, directing event set up, communicating with staff, and organising vendors.

·Anticipating and planning for different scenarios.

·Planning multiple events at once.

·Attending weekly management meetings with the sales and events department to discuss sales targets, progress, future campaigns and events.

The ideal candidate would be exceptionally organised, have keen attention to detail, outstanding interpersonal skills and be driven by passion

·Ability to demonstrate 5* service in Food & Beverage.
