About the role
We are looking for a highly organised individual with demonstrable experience in an administration role and an appreciation and understanding of the challenges facing adult social care.
The role is to provide an efficient and effective administrative support service to the homes and the regional manager as well as supporting a team of approximately 5 care home administrators.
In this position, you will be responsible for a range of administrative processes to support our care homes and our colleagues. These responsibilities include:
Analyse and report service data and information to the regional managers and ensure this is done an accurate, regular and timely manner Provide additional support to the service e.g. training and development monitoring through LMS, project work, audits 121.s/performance reviews monitoring Administer annual leave and attendance through the computerised resource management system Provide administration cover and support in the absence of home administrators Organise and provide support in meetings including minute taking, where appropriate and disseminate outcomes to the relevant teams and follow up actions points Take an active part in the set-up of new services or changes from an administrative, system or process point of view Escalate to senior management over any concerns with the quality or accuracy of data and provide action plans to resolve such problems Ensure that a high quality and timely support is provided (utilising relevant Microsoft Office packages and internal management systems) when producing correspondence, reports, e-mails, presentations, project plans and spread sheets-
