The role

will include quality checking and monitoring work completed and therefore an eye for detail will be required.

The right fit

You’ll need demonstrable experience of supervising a team of multi-skilled operatives/technicians delivering repairs, maintenance and void works. You must have an excellent standards of communication skills, both written and verbal in order to query jobs and liaise with office staff, managers and customers. You must be able to work as part of a team. You will need experience working with tight deadlines involving planning and prioritising workload in order to meet agreed targets. You will also need a full UK driving licence.
