Weare seeking a People Management Administrator to join our growingPeople Management team. The successful candidate will provide vitaladministrative support to the People Management team in all areasof their work including absence management contracts onboarding andlegislativecompliance.

  • Coping:You will be working in a fast paced environment wherelegal compliance must work alongside the need for swift action. Youmust be resilient to demands from colleagues andmanagers.
  • Delivering:Whilst you will have the supportof the team you will need to be confident in taking ownership ofcertain tasks and issues. You may be required to take independentaction to resolve somequeries.
  • Interacting:You will be liaising with staff and managers acrossthe College so you need to be someone who enjoys social interactionwithothers.
