They operate from 40locations within the UK employ 600 teammembers and deliver a grounds maintenance service to morethan 10 000 sites ayear.

Onoffer is a salary of between 50000 and 54000 a yeara bonus scheme companycar laptop mobile phone 23 days holiday plus anextra day off for yourbirthday.

Pleasenote there is an 80% minimum requirement of travel to visitfranchisees per week in an area that covers from South Birminghamto Crewe across to Nottingham and then toNorfolk.

Asthe Franchise Business Development Manager you will be joining anexperienced Business Development team which means a detailedinitial handover when you start as well as ongoing guidance toensure you are fully supported as you learn your newrole.

To beconsidered you will need to have grounds maintenance and/orlandscape services experience be both contract and commerciallyaware with strong business development skills and an understandingof operational management. All of whichmeans this opportunity would suit sales professionals operationsmanagers contracts managers business owners and those working in asimilar role developing franchisees within the grounds maintenancesector.

Nowfor thedetail:

Asthe Franchise Business Development Manager you will be managing aportfolio of franchisees and will be supporting them throughouttheir training making sure they start off their business in thebest way and be working closely with them to ensure they aregrowing/developing a successful business in their local area.

Thiswillinclude:

  • Actingas the link between franchise business owners and HeadOffice.
  • Ensuringyour allocated franchisees are operating their businesses in thecorrectmanner.
  • Supportingthe continued growth and business development of the company sfranchisee and franchisenetwork.
  • Workingalongside your fellow Franchise Business Development Managersassisting in the day to day business development and management offranchisees.
  • Analysingthe sales processes and financial performance of the business toadvise motivate and train franchise owners and their staff to growtheir business. This will involve monitoring KPI s producingreports and sharing these reports and information with the widerbusiness.
  • Helpingto prepare for and accompanying Franchisees on appointments withprospectivecustomers.
  • Providinginhouse training on systems (including CRM) to promote efficiencyandproductivity.
  • Trainingand mentoring your franchisees supporting field training workingand setting business plans identifying blockages to business growthdeveloping bespoke strategies to achieve business growth andincreased profitability monitoring and ensuring plans are followedand providing advice guidance and information when dealing withissues.
