What We expect of you:

As the Contract Lead, your role will focus on managing the operational delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects, overseeing both support services teams and field management to meet client KPIs while upholding the company's Health, Safety, and Quality standards. You'll be responsible for all aspects of field site management, ensuring that operations align with work instructions and enhance the company's reputation through exceptional customer service and high-quality results.

Your key responsibilities include managing personnel and work allocation, supervising field management, and coordinating resources to keep projects on track. You will ensure ongoing updates of order statuses and oversee documentation, resource assignment, and material orders to match workload demands. Coordinating all activities to meet client KPIs, conducting pre-site surveys, and consulting other internal divisions, eg traffic management, will also be essential.

Effective client and team communication is key to this role, where you will liaise closely with the client's inspectors, planners, and managers to ensure work meets specifications and builds strong, cooperative relationships.

From a budget perspective, you will control costs and monitor productivity, daily tracking actuals against job packs. To maintain quality, you will oversee workmanship standards, encourage a zero-defect culture, conduct daily quality checks, and promptly

What You Will Be Skilled In:

You will bring strong leadership abilities, managing both people and client relationships to drive operational effectiveness and foster internal team growth. You'll have a proven track record in overseeing the successful delivery of multi-million-pound projects within the telecoms industry or a similar utilities sector. 

Your skills will include the ability to lead confidently in a fast-paced environment, using your knowledge to implement agreed programs and plans effectively. You will be adept at assessing progress against KPIs and making necessary adjustments to keep projects on track and meet client expectations.
