About therole

The Associate MarketingProducer will be responsible for supporting the delivery of allprojects across the business. Your primary mission is to facilitatethe successful delivery of projects by collaborating closely withClient Practices accurately scoping deliverables defining thedelivery approach pricing work sourcing resources and managingprojects to meet client expectations withinbudget.

You will also be responsible foroptimising project resources for quality andcosteffectiveness.

As well as responsibility forthe delivery of projects you will be required to review andcontinuously improve the effectiveness of the delivery of Momentumsstandard projects.

KeyAccountabilities andResponsibilities

Scopingand planning

  • Collaborate with client practices to thoroughlyunderstand project requirements and objectives.
  • Ensure deliverables are accurately scoped to align withclient expectations.
  • Develop a projectapproach outlining key resources milestones risks andoutcomes.
  • When required liaise with clients togain a deeper understanding of their requirements and become asubject matter expert on the specificdeliverable.

Pricing

  • Review nonstandard pricing and sign off on commercials incollaboration with the Operations team.
  • Continuously refine pricing strategies to improveaccuracy andcompetitiveness.

Delivery

  • Review consulting and creative briefs.
  • Review allocated resources planned for deliveringassets.
  • Review progress of projects to ensurealignment with the brief.
  • Manage clientfeedback and amendments including updating the client.
  • Oversee internal quality control (QC) of the project andexternal proofreading.
  • Manage projects withinbudget and specified timelines.
  • Managethirdparty deliveries including sourcing briefing costing andoverseeing any delivery by third parties orfreelancers.

BestPractice

  • Developingbest practice approach and guidelines for the pricing and executionof standarddeliverables.

Innovation

  • Research and recommend new services based on clientrequirements.
  • Identify new capabilities andresources required to meet new service demands.
  • Develop new service offerings based on clientrequirements.

BusinessDevelopment

  • Understandbroader client requirements and recommend additional sharedservices to clients.

As a MarketingProducer you will work on projects across all areas of our servicedelivery. In our team we are building subject matter expertise inthese areas to be goto experts who really understand and add valueto the production processacross:

Creative

  • Abilityto develop complex creative solutions including but not limited tobrand development digital web development print complex large scalecreative deliveryprojects.

MarTech

  • Abilityto leverage MarTech platforms to help our clients meet theirmarketing goals. This will involve existing platforms such as TurtlHubspot and DemandBase and new platforms as they come.

ManagedService

  • Abilityto deliver the full range of Momentum Services to agreed servicelevels and budgets.

You will have the opportunity to develop yourskills in all areas listed before specialising. We have a trainingbudget you can utilise to develop your skills.

Qualifications /Experience

  • 12 yearsexperience working in project delivery
  • Apassion for delivering clientexcellence
  • Familiarity in our specialised areas(Creative Managed Services or MarTech) and a willingness to buildsubject matter expertise
  • Entrepreneurial flairto align resources to meet clientrequirements.
