To ensure the business remains fully supported, we need to recruit a Credit Controller. This team thrive on giving excellent service to our customers, making doing business with us an enjoyable experience. As a Credit Controller working for Nisbets, you can expect to work hard but have fun, with the autonomy to make decisions and solve problems in a way you think will work best. Working Hours:- 8.45 - 5.30 Monday - Friday Office Based during your training period. Once complete we are happy to discuss a hybrid working pattern to suit your needs. What will I be doing as a Credit Controller? Manage a high volume of calls and emails daily to resolve customer credit and outstanding debtor queries Provide overdue reporting and sales and general ledger analysis for the Credit Manager Review new account requests and report accordingly Ensure disputed invoices are actioned and chased for resolution; provide customers with copy invoices/credit notes and statements as requested Work closely with the Sales teams to ensure orders can be processed promptly for dispatch #ffinance-
