  • Overseeing the EMC laboratory activities and ensuring that testing is conducted objectively
  • Helping and supporting EMC Senior Engineers to maintain the smooth running of daily testing activities
  • Holding line management responsibility of EMC Technicians, helping them set and achieve training goals, progression, and personal development
  • Ensuring that all testing staff are trained appropriately and that the training records are kept up to date

  • 1 year of experience in an engineering environment in a managerial position in a similar field
  • A good tele manner with a clear and precise command of the English language
