YOUR ROLE
  • To significantly accelerate market share (customer base) & brand footprint through both retention of existing and acquisition of new clients aligned to Schwarzkopf Professional, Authentic Beauty Concept, STMNT Grooming & SalonLab&Me brand values 
  • Significantly develop Key City brand footprints in the South of England with a major focus on London
  • Establish key client relations with leading customers in the direct channel
  • Drive value add sales approach through strong cross functional collaboration
  • Accelerate NPI distribution to drive value per door (SOW)
  • Strong negotiation of commercial agreements
  • Strong collaboration with Head of Direct Sales & Leadership team
YOUR SKILLS
  • Preferably degree educated
  • Analytical, able to present robust factual argumentation
  • Proven track record of market development ideally within premium brand sector
  • Excellent communicator & influencer with strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to formulate structured & tailored business proposals
  • Dynamic and self-motivated able to operate autonomously in a multi-faceted role
  • Good administration and IT skills to include MS Office
  • Flexible approach to business travel within specified geography
  • Full & clean driving licence
