Job Description

We are looking for a talented Sous Chef to join our kitchen brigade. The kitchen has been designed to be spacious and state of the art so this is a fabulous environment to work in for any passionate chefs looking to further their career. Previous experience is essential at this level, ideally at high rosette or Michelin level as this will be a high performing role working to the highest standards.

Qualifications

Work alongside Michael Caines MBE and the Head Chef to create and develop exciting quality seasonal menus whilst achieving agreed targets of profit, revenue and customer satisfaction To be a point of contact between the kitchen and Management/food service team Strong desire to learn and always push yourself to develop as a chef You are confident in managing, training and passing on your knowledge to the more junior members of the team To be fully aware of the Company’s Food Policy and Food Handlers responsibilities in line with legislation and contractual obligations
