Yourmission: The Dutch Speaking Business Developerwould play a key rolein expanding the business on the B2B landscape across the DutchMarket while building relationships with new and existingaccounts.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Sellingand advising our innovative services to IT Companies/IT Recruitmentagencies andFreelancers

  • Support insetting sales strategies to drive new customeracquisition

  • Developing aportfolio of prospects through different sources (Sales NavigatorNetworking etc) andfollowup

  • Managing the wholesales cycle from initial prospect to finalising and closing thedeal

  • Analysing andunderstanding the need in order to propose appropriatesolutions

  • Negotiatingcontracts withclients

  • Building andmanaging portfolios of clients across the appointedregions

  • Liaise and partnerwith internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of serviceprovided

  • Participate inonline and offlineevents

  • Ensuring the qualityof the clients and consultants experience and the outreach ofHightekers in the Dutchmarket


Profile:

  • Fluencyin English written and spoken isessential

  • Fluency in Dutchwritten and spoken would be required for therole

  • Previous experienceworking in the Dutch Market in a Sales/Business Development role isa must

  • Previous experienceworking in a similar industry (or umbrella SaaS SoftwareDevelopment etc) is a must for therole

  • Previous experience inSales Business Development in a B2Benvironment

  • Proficient userof CRM system and LinkedIn SalesNavigator

  • Wellspoken withthe ability to build relationships with internal and externalstakeholders

  • A strong candoattitude and sales driven with the ability to manage time anddifferent projects

  • Strongnegotiation skills and team workingspirit
