The opportunity has arisen for the permanent position of Service Manager to lead the development and management of the adult safeguarding and quality assurance team. You will be ensuring that responses to concerns regarding adults at risk, or their care provision, is effectively coordinated and managed. This includes the undertaking and commissioning of enquiries and investigations that uphold the statutory safeguarding principles and are effective in improving the health and wellbeing of adults and their carers.

You will also be responsible for providing strategic support to shape and influence the service environment so that excellent practice can flourish. You will also manage service performance, meet key measurable objectives and targets whilst operating within statutory frameworks and financial resources.

Interviews (including a brief presentation) will take place on Tuesday 14th November.
