The Opportunity

We are looking for Facade Access Consultant to work in our existing team of facade access consultants in London as part of our wider Facilities management team.

This is an opportunity to work on unique and complex geometry construction projects in London and also worldwide. The successful candidate should be able to tackle complex assignments and is committed to providing technically sound and practical solutions on complex geometry buildings or structures. The successful candidate will be based in London and provide specialist facade access consultancy services working alongside other Arup disciplines.

The role will see you:

Producing feasibility reports, designing strategy RIBA reports, technical notes, specifications, comparison studiesWorking closely with architects during various design phases to develop a working access solutionInvestigating new methods of access with suppliers and product manufacturesEnsuring ongoing maintenance is considered at the earliest stages and incorporated into the designActing as a project manager on medium to smaller projects in the team and assist with the larger projects
