We are seeking a Senior Façade Consultant with a track record in design and delivery of façade services to major built environment real estate construction projects in the UK, especially London. This position will principally be supporting the façade team and working alongside our other specialist disciplines. The role will include independent project management of complex design and construction projects, covering all aspects of façades. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating technical engineering solutions and a willingness to work across multiple large-scale projects.

There is a significant opportunity for progression and career development. You will need to demonstrate relevant and recent experience with appropriately sized projects as well as the ability to engage and communicate effectively with clients, consultants and contractors.

High level of technical expertise with experience in numerous complex and prestigious projects
Driving quality and innovation on projects
Independently manage complex projects and resolve complex project issues.
Façade design engineering and build-ability consultancy, including material knowledge and installation techniques.
Develop strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business as well as pursue new business opportunities, and contribute to the commercial success of the division.
Provide technical guidance, support and mentoring to the more junior member of the team
Industry leadership through participation in industry professional groups and conferences
Working closely with clients to ensure an exemplary level of quality
Extensive project management
Supporting the development our Facade offering to the UK

Degree in Architecture / Structural / Mechanical Engineering or similar
~ Preferably Master's Degree in Facades
~5+ years of technical knowledge in Façade Engineering within Residential, Commercial and Hotels sectors.
