Reporting

  • Completingof accruals forreview

Sales

  • Advisingof availability and suggested pricing ofresources
  • Offeringadvice on delivery ofproducts


OperationalManagement

  • Coordinationof day to day activities
  • Assigningappropriate resources
  • Seekingoperational efficiencies through effective resourcemanagement
  • Confirmingstart times and details of work with clients andoperatives
  • Completingbriefings and debriefings with operatives
  • Liaisingwith warehouse operatives to coordinates any associatedactivities


PeopleManagement

  • Ensurethat all employees are trained to deliver the best service in thesafest most efficientway
  • Developemployees so that the resource meets the requirements of thebusiness
  • Developand lead the team to work together and support each other
  • Performancemanagement of the team with regular quality supervision andtwiceyearlyassessments
  • Dealwith all employment relations within the branch referring to HRwherenecessary
  • Championthe company s policies and procedures and promote compliance
  • Ensurethat all reportees understand and deliver excellent customerservice


AdditionalRoles

  • Maintainingconstant observation of all vehicles ensuring all comply withtransportlegislation.
  • Beresponsible for the team you supervise and monitor all drivinghours making sure all colleagues follow company rules andlegislation and that all crews are briefed and debriefed before andafter eachinstallation.
  • Communicatebetween clients and removal crews to confirm time frames and toassign teams of the specified quantity andquality.
  • Coordinatewith the Brand Leader to ensure the branch is run in the mostefficient and profitableway.


Role andResponsibilities
  • Youmust be an excellent communicator and will be experienced inmanaging people.
  • Youmust be able to motivate a team and promote teamworking.
  • Responsible for the dailyoperations diary allocating resources briefing the team members fortheir daily activities booking external resources/labour issuingequipment.
  • Responsible for Health& Safety and compliance collecting daily defect sheetsdaily equipment checklists weekly tachograph submissions ensuringall PPE is correct and adequate trainingprovided.
  • "OperationsProcedure" making sure timesheets are completed correctlyand checked monitoring hours to ensure compliance with our legalobligations.
  • Responsibility forensuring maximum operating profitability in line with companybudgets.
  • Support the businessesbusiness development and client management efforts asrequired.
  • Work closely with allclients and conduct customer visits both before and aftercompletion of the installation to ensure exceptional quality ofservice and implement service improvements where opportunitiesarise in the future.
  • Support allbranch administration duties and customerinterface.


Requirements

PreferredSkills / Qualities

  • Excellent knowledge of the sector andbe able to demonstrate your understanding of procedures and legalrequirements.
  • Proficient IT skillsand a CPC qualification at a National Level ispreferred.
  • Experience in planningwork schedules. Being numerate is a very important skillrequirement of operationsmanagement.
  • Due to the large extentof required contact with clients and colleagues have strongcommunications skills together with strong leadership andmanagement skills to efficiently run a successfulteam.
  • You must also be able toproblem solve using your own initiative as Operations Managementwithin Installations can face some unusual day to daychallenges.
  • Be able to work flexibleand support operational teams wherenecessary.


AdditionalNotes

The role will involve some travelnationwide and may involve occasional overnight stays inlodgings.
