Key Responsibilities
  • Escalation management
  • Ensure targets are reached, maintained
  • To produce daily statistics
  • Development of team to achieve client SLA’s via support and coaching and feedback
  • Ensure a high level of staff engagement
  • Assisting in conducting regular performance and audit reviews
  • Continuous improvement focus leading excellent customer service
  • To challenge processes to continue improvement of best practise.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Communicates both internally and externally to the business.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proactive approach strong numeracy, literacy and IT skills
  • Being able to adjust quickly and efficiently to maximize efficiency of the team/workloads.
  • Previous vehicle valuation experience (Glass’s / CAP etc…) would be advantageous but not a requirement.
