TheRole andResponsibilities:

Source andsupply manufacturer vehicle parts efficiently for customers andworkshop vehicles meeting agreed sales volumetargets.

Receive recordand bin parts and consumables from manufacturer and other suppliersensuring accuracy of stock deliveries against agreedorders.

Identify locateinvoice and issue parts and consumables to customers and otherdepartments using the computersystem.

Proactivelysource parts.

Supply accurateand detailed parts quotations to internal departments retail andtradecustomers.

Administer partsinvoices ensuring invoiced items are allocatedcorrectly.

Manage andcontrol all parts administrationrequirements.

Maintainstandards in line with brand standardsrequirements.

Always Maintainrelevant systems ensuring accuracy.

Maintain safeworking practices and abide by the working rules and standards ofthebusiness.
