Production - Team Leader - Dayshift

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to oversee operations in our Chilled food production facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring production targets are met, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of production staff, providing guidance and support.

  • Ensure production schedules are met, and products are manufactured to the highest quality standards.

  • Monitor and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve any production issues promptly.

  • Maintain accurate records of production activities and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within a food production environment.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a food production setting.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
