Responsibilities:
Conduct underground facility analytical research, foundational database production, written and finished intelligence (FINTEL) production, target development support, and collection requirement input/evaluation. Perform regular maintenance of military intelligence databases, research, and author analytic products for intelligence customers. Support reverse engineering efforts and characterization assessments while maintaining currency in assigned Underground Facilities (UGF)-specific subject areas and general knowledge of assigned target country. Produce or facilitate the production of finished all-source analytical and foundational intelligence (MIDB) and Facility Characterizations in accordance with DNI Analytical Standards and established UFAC standard operating procedures.Requirements:
Ability to work independently and with minimal oversight. Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret analysis and defend analytic judgments with sound, logical conclusions. Proficiency in producing timely, logical, and concise analytic reports, documents, assessments, and briefing materials using Microsoft Office tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex issues clearly and concisely. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools and conducting structured research within security and data protocols. Understanding of intelligence collection capabilities and limitations, as well as experience in evaluating collected intelligence reporting and developing collection requirements. Experience using complex analytic methodologies, such as Analysis of Competing Hypotheses, Devil’s Advocacy, Red Team Analysis, etc. Familiarity with intelligence analysis tools such as Record Message Traffic (RMT), Tripwire Analytic Capability (TAC), Palantir, MIDB, Google Earth, etc. Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field. Experience: Minimum eight (8) years of relevant analysis experience, with at least a portion of the experience within the last two (2) years.Note: This is a Best Athlete Selection Process.
